Return and Exchange Policy
This policy covers courtesy returns and exchanges by customers of all qualified products sold by Implant Logistics with the exception of products derived from human tissue and patient specific products.
A purchaser may return any qualified product within 60 days of invoice date. The product must be returned in its unopened and unaltered original packaging.
A purchaser may exchange any Implant Logistics Implant as long as the product has a minimum of six months of remaining shelf life and is otherwise in resalable condition. The product must be returned in its unopened and unaltered original packaging. If the replacement products are of greater value than the returned products, the purchaser will be charged the price differential.
All other Implant Logistics manufactured products maybe exchanged within 365 days of the invoice date. (e.g. abutments, analogues, healing caps etc.) The product must be returned in its unopened and unaltered original packaging. If the replacement products are of greater value than the return products the purchaser will be charged the price differential.
**Freight charges will apply to all returned and exchanged product shipments.
